Elizabeth II can refer to three European monarchs:

  • Isabel II of Spain (1830-1904), Queen of Spain between 1833 and 1868.
  • Isabel II of the United Kingdom (1926-2022), Queen of the United Kingdom and the other Kingdoms of the Commonwealth of Nations between 1952 and 2022.
  • Isabela II of Jerusalem (1211-1228), also known as Yolanda of Jerusalem, Empress of the Holy Roman German Empire and Queen of Jerusalem.
