Yinglong.

According to Chinese mythology, Yinglong is a dragon believed to have been a powerful servant of Huang Di, the Yellow Emperor, and was later immortalized in dragon form.

A legend says that Yinglong helped a man named Yu prevent the overflow of the Yellow River by digging long channels with his tail.
