Wireframe model
Wireframe is a rendering algorithm that results in a semi-transparent image, from which only the edges of the mesh that constitutes the modeled object are drawn.
It is almost never used in the final representation of an image, but it is used in editing it, due to the low computational power required (compared to other methods).
To get a wireframe image, it is only necessary to take into account the positions of the points in three-dimensional space and the edges that join them to form the polygons.
These images do not take into account the presence of lights in the scene, nor are methods applied to simulate visibility.
Web design
In web design, a wireframe is a schematic representation of a web page without graphical elements that show the content and behavior of the pages. It serves as a communication and analysis tool between information architects, programmers, designers and clients. It can also be used to check the usability of a website.
The main advantage is that it offers a perspective based solely on the architecture of the content, ignoring the design and avoiding accidental elements that can distract (colors, fonts, images, texts, etc.).
