This Wikiproject is dedicated to coordinating the maintenance of articles, categories, templates and portal on current relevant topics.

The objectives of this Wikiproject are:

• Keep updated the Portal:Update and Template:Sport:Update, and attend to their respective discussions, trying to reflect in the shortest possible time unforeseen events and recent deaths.
• Keep updated or monitored lists of upcoming events of a general and sporting character, to facilitate daily updates with the help of informative scripts.
• Perform or promote the maintenance and creation of articles on relevant topical topics, including events, chronological, elections, disasters, shows, sports, etc. (what is today, tomorrow will be history).
