The song “Who Is It” was written and produced by Björk. The original version was composed by Bogdan Raczynski but according to Bogdan himself, he did not want to publish this version. "It's a beautiful thing that Björk and I did, but now that music is floating in the clouds, people need mystery and romance."

Video Clip

The music video for this song was directed by Dawn Shadforth and was filmed in Hjörleifshöfði, Iceland. The version of the video is different from the one on the album, since the music is made with bells and on the album it is a cappella. Björk's dress was designed by Alexander McQueen who also designed the dress for the video for "Pagan Poetry", directed the video for "Alarm Call" and shot the cover of "Homogenic".
