Wendy Testaburger is a fictional character from the American cartoon series, South Park. Wendy is known for her on-and-off relationship with her boyfriend Stan Marsh, until she left him in the seventh season to become the girlfriend of his classmate Tolkien Black, but in the ninth season she realizes that she is in love with Stan and they start dating. little by little.

She's smarter and more mature than most kids her age, she gets only 10's on tests and she's very studious, although there are times when she gets jealous if someone replaces her or something like that; she has also had her tough situations. For example, in the episode Tom's Plastic Surgery ) of the first season, Wendy gets rid of Miss Ellen (her substitute teacher) by sending her to the sun because Stan was falling in love with her. She warned him, "Don't fuck with me, stay away from my man bitch because I'm going to give you some kicks in the ass you'll never forget." At the end of the episode, Wendy explains to Kyle Broflovski that it had all been a plot against Miss Ellen, a surprised Kyle tells him: "Tell me you didn't do it...", to which Wendy replied: "I told him so... Don't be fucking Wendy Testaburger!"

Wendy's best friend is Bebe Stevens, their friendship is similar to that of Stan and Kyle, however in the episode: "The List", Bebe betrays their friendship, for which in the confrontation of these two, Bebe is taken into custody. However, in the episode "Breast Cancer", Wendy was seen being supported by Bebe.

He wears a winter outfit consisting of a light purple jacket, yellow pants, navy blue gloves, and a pink beret. In the rare instances where Wendy is seen without her trademark hat, she has long black hair with ragged bangs. Wendy has a very liberal and feminist thought, being the complete opposite of Eric Cartman, with whom she argues, always coming to a physical confrontation. She is usually known as "The President" / "The Delegate" of the class.

It is said that the character of Wendy was inspired by the old girlfriend of series co-creator Trey Parker, who weeks before South Park was released left him to marry someone else.

Personality and traits

Wendy is best described as a mature girl whose stubbornness and occasional jealousy sometimes get the better of her; She is usually depicted as nice, feminine, and liberal in nature. She is friendly with others and seems well-liked at school, but she is unwilling to let her beliefs be compromised by her popularity.

Wendy is shown to be politically aware, writing an essay on the suffering of bottlenose dolphins in Weight Gain 4000, donating candy to starving children in Nairobi in Pinkeye i>, being willing to give a dollar to the children of Afghanistan in Osama Bin Laden Has His Pants Shit, and even opposing the US-Canadian war in the film of the series, South Park: Bigger, Longer & Uncut. However, as the series, in general, became more political, Wendy's role as the politically conscious voice of reason was reduced, and in the fifth season she was rarely seen as more than one of the students.. Also, Kyle took over from him as the smartest student in the class and moral center.

Wendy is a very nice person and often sorora; she is the first of the girls at Heidi Turner's slumber party to feel bad about making fun of Marjorine. In Follow That Egg!, however, he is also somewhat narcissistic towards other girls, as examples of this in Baby's Boobs Destroy Town, in which the attention What Bebe receives from the boys prompts Wendy to have breast augmentation surgery, though she ends up being teased by them.

She had strong maternal instincts; after hearing from Bebe about the way Stan had treated her egg, she was deeply concerned that Stan would damage the egg that had belonged to her and Kyle before they switched partners. She even went to Kyle's house, frantically asking to see the egg and hold it for a couple of minutes. After seeing how well Stan and Kyle took care of the egg and presented it to the Governor of Colorado at the end of the episode, she saw how good it was Stan's parenting skills, and laid back. Despite this, she has also shown sloppiness in another episode, after initially planning a couple dress as Raggedy Ann and Raggedy Andy, "realizing how stupid they would look", and dressing as Chewbacca.

She has been very active in the school's extracurricular activities: aside from being class president, she is seen in Cartman Finds Love as one of three new members of the cheerleading squad (the others are Nichole and Jenny); in which she became his captain in The Hobbit . In Cock Magic, Wendy appears as the captain of the women's volleyball team.

Relationship with Stan Marsh

During the first seven seasons of the show, Wendy's most notable characteristic was her relationship with Stan. This began in the pilot episode, where it was revealed that the two had been attracted to each other for some time prior to the series. A recurring gag in the series involved Stan feeling giddy with emotion from her whenever Wendy tried to kiss him (and in early episodes whenever she spoke to him) and then vomiting on her.

Despite Stan's continued vomiting, Wendy has stayed with him until now. She became extremely jealous when Mrs. Ellen "came between them" after Stan falls in love with the teacher and ignores Wendy's attempts to win her back. He decides to pay a group of Iraqis a large sum of money to capture Mrs. Ellen and send her to the sun.

Although they stayed together until season seven, their relationship didn't seem that strong and at times seemed strained. On Stan's part, however, it may have been largely due to his adventures over the seasons leaving him too busy to pay attention to Wendy. She broke up with him in the season seven episode, Raisins, though the only reason she gave herself was that she wanted to date Token Black.

In The List, Wendy helps Stan discover that the list of who was the hottest boy and who was the ugliest boy at South Park Elementary was rigged. At the end of the episode, she confesses to Stan that she enjoyed being with him again and when she is about to kiss him, Stan throws up on her again. This is often seen as the "restart" of your relationship.

In Elementary School Musical, Wendy gave Stan a little kiss in his locker before leaving; This would be a notable thing in the series, as it was the first time Stan didn't vomit afterwards. This may have been done because Parker and Stone were getting bored of the near-constant banter, similar to how they got tired of 'murdering' the game. to Kenny after the fifth season.

In You Have 0 Friends, Wendy tells Stan to change his profile information on his newly created Facebook page to "in a relationship," as he was quite upset that he was listed as "Single". Later in the episode, she jealously mistook Stan's grandmother's friend Susan for a girl who was flirting with him by commenting that she looked cute in a picture of him in a bunny suit.

In Dab (Peyer), Wendy was furious when she learned that Pryer had revealed a private email Stan had sent to Kenny, calling Kenny "hot" the slit of another girl's anus.

In Gluten Free Ebola, Wendy joins the rest of the 4th grade class in showing their displeasure towards Stan, Kyle, Cartman and Kenny after they are forced to return to school. school after the failure of his new venture. Stan broke up with her before the episode, citing her desire to put all her effort into the company, bragging that she would be "swimming with bitches," but later regretted it. At the end of the episode, she asks Stan to dance at the party, and he happily accepts her offer.

In Ano Berger, Wendy approaches Kyle about Stan's new behavioral issues. She tries to get Kyle's help to get Stan out of his depression, but Kyle refuses to help.

In Whorebusters, Wendy breaks up with Stan for the third time, due to the actions of internet troll "Whorebusters42", later revealed to be Gerald (Kyle's father). This was because all the girls believed that the actions of "Cazaputas42" they spoke for the opinions of the children. However, she shows great reluctance and a bit of sadness in doing so, as she expressed concern about the plan, and she was forced into it by Annie and Nichole.
