Vótkinsk (Russian: Воткинск, Udmurt: Вотка) is a small industrial city in the Ural Mountains, in the Russian republic of Udmurtia.. It was the birthplace of the musician Piotr Ilich Tchaikovsky (1840-1893), and where his brothers Modest (also a musician), Ippolit, Anatoli and Alexandra, lived. It is located two kilometers from the Ural Mountains. According to the 2013 census, it has a population of 98,287 inhabitants.

The city is home to a major factory for ICBMs and space equipment, usually those designed by the Moscow Institute of Thermal Technology (MITT).
