Villaobispo de Otero is a Spanish municipality and place in the province of León, in the autonomous community of Castilla y León, located about 51 kilometers from León. It has a population of 537 inhabitants (INE 2022).

The municipality of Villaobispo de Otero constitutes the beginning of the region of La Cepeda at its southern end. It is located north of Astorga, bordering it, therefore quite central within the province.
