Traumatocrinus is an extinct genus of echinoderms of the class Crinoidea, one of the few members of this group to survive the Permian-Triassic mass extinction, which occurred about 245 million years ago, in which many members of this class became extinct and which currently has very few representatives (sea lilies are an example).

They were marine animals that lived fixed to the substrate. They fed on microorganisms and organic particles carried by the currents, which they trapped thanks to the thin extensions of their long arms.
