Known problems

• The table of contents is not properly displayed or hidden when previewing a new version, when added or deleted sections respectively, because the template always uses the last edition saved to determine whether or not the index should be displayed. The problem is automatically solved by posting the page, at which time the template updates the index according to that new saved version.
