Strong atheism (or positive atheism) consists in the denial of the existence of any god, understood as a superior being, pre-existing per se and creator of the Universe, aware of his own existence, with perfect will and knowledge. In short, it denies the existence of any of the gods that have given rise to the motley set of religions and sects. It is a philosophical position regarding the existence of gods and affirms that the conscience of the human being disappears when he dies.

Ayn Rand's Vision

For the writer Ayn Rand (1905-1982), for example, the attribute "creator of the universe" it was one of the many logical contradictions contained in the definition of God. Talking about "creator of the Universe" it implies that there is something outside the Universe, which goes against the definition of the Universe (sum of everything that has existed, exists or will exist).

A series of questions immediately and inevitably arise when it is claimed that a higher entity created the universe: what was there before God created the universe? Where was God before creating the universe if it did not exist yet? Did God create the universe from the universe itself?

All these questions lead us to an unavoidable conclusion and that is that the universe has always been there, and it will always be there even if it transforms and there is no way it could be otherwise; that is to say, the universe is eternal, because even if what we know today as such disappears, that space that remains will then continue to be the universe and there is no need for it to be created.

There is a contradiction and obviously a strong atheistic position on the existence of a beginning of the Christian universe, since for them, there was a beginning (a Genesis) and an Apocalypse of the universe, something that naturally has come in opposition to logic atheist and/or scientific neutralist stating that there does not necessarily have or should have been a principle of something since for an atheist, this would not sound like a necessity or dependency.
