Stenanthera is a genus of phanerogamous plants belonging to the Annonaceae family.

Taxonomy

The genus was described by Robert Brown and published in Prodromus Florae Novae Hollandiae 538. 1810. The type species is: Stenanthera pinifolia R.Br.

It has 15 described species and of these, 8 are synonyms and the rest are in dispute.
