Stella Obasanjo (November 1945 - Marbella, Spain, October 23, 2005) was first lady of Nigeria from 1999 until her death.

A native of Irruepken in the Nigerian state of Edo, she belonged to the Esan ethnic group and was the daughter of a Nigerian politician. Stella Obasanjo was one of the wives of Nigerian President Olusegun Obasanjo, and since Olusegun Obasanjo's return to power in 1999, she was considered the official wife of the president.

His public figure was the subject of accusations of nepotism and his influence in the government has been criticized. Orobosa Omo-ojo, editor of The Midwest Herald, was arrested in early 2005 after the newspaper published an article titled "Greedy Stella" ("Greedy Stella").

On October 23, 2005, he died in a private clinic in the Spanish town of Marbella while recovering from cosmetic surgery (liposuction).
