Contenido Senedi, Senedy or Sened was the fifth pharaoh of the Second Dynasty of Egypt. He reigned ca. 2780-2769 BCE C.
The Royal List of Abydos calls it Senedi. In the Royal List of Saqqara he appears as Senedy.
The Canon of Turin assigns Senedy a 54-year reign. If it is the Setenes that Manetho cites, it indicated that his government was 41 years.
The Berlin Medical Papyrus cites Sened as Den's successor.
His name, Senedi, and Peribsen's are found on a "false door" Preserved in the Egyptian Museum in Cairo.
After the death of Senedi Egypt was no longer ruled by a single pharaoh.
