San Pedro del Valle is a Spanish municipality and town in the province of Salamanca, in the autonomous community of Castilla y León. It is integrated within the Tierra de Ledesma region. It belongs to the judicial district of Salamanca and to the Comarca de Ledesma Commonwealth.

Its municipal area is made up of the towns of Carrascal de Velambélez, La Narra, San Pedro del Valle, Santibáñez and Torrecilla del Río, it occupies a total area of 15.67 km² and according to the demographic data collected by the INE in the year 2017, it has 148 inhabitants.

History

Its foundation dates back to the XIV century, being integrated into the archdeacon of Ledesma, within the Kingdom of León, called then "El Balle". With the creation of the current provinces in 1833, it is framed in the province of Salamanca, within the Leonese Region.
