The Saint Lucia Labor Party (in English: Saint Lucia Labor Party, SLP) is a political party of social democratic ideology of Saint Lucia, a small independent country located north of Venezuela and south of Martinique, in the waters of the Caribbean Sea.

The Labor Party was founded in 1950 by George Frederick Lawrence Charles, an active union leader. The party was the winner of Saint Lucia's first elections after its independence from the United Kingdom in July 1979. On that occasion the party won 12 of the 17 seats in Parliament. In the early 1980s the island went through a major crisis and both the private sector and the unions forced the Labor government to resign in 1982 and lose the elections that same year to the United Workers Party of Saint Lucia (in English: United Workers Party, UWP).

Labor did not win the first magistrature again until 1997, when, led by Kenneth Anthony, a former Caricom official, they won 16 of the 17 seats in Parliament.

In the 2021 elections, the party won 13 of the 17 members of the House of Assembly.
