Sailor Galaxy
Sailor Galaxia (セーラーギャラクシア Sērā Gyarakushia? ?), also known as "Galaxy Warrior" is a fictional character from the manga and anime series Sailor Moon. She is a Sailor Senshi from outside our Solar System and the most powerful enemy of the moon warrior, Sailor Moon in both the manga and the anime of the 'Stars' season.
Profile
In both the animated version and the manga, the Sailor Senshi warriors have the mission of protecting the entire universe, but Sailor Galaxia is a Sailor Senshi who has turned evil and wants to rule the entire galaxy. In order to do so unopposed, she tries to take over the starseeds (i.e. souls or spirits) of all the other Sailor Senshi in the universe. That's why she sends her followers, the Sailor Animamates, to planet Earth to steal the star seeds of the Sailor Senshi from our Solar System.
In the animated version of the series, Sailor Galaxia's starseed, which has a will of its own, is separated from her and sent to Earth, taking on the appearance of a little girl named ChibiChibi.
In the manga version, on the contrary, the warriors' star seeds are of a special type called Sailor Crystals (power crystals of each of the Sailor Senshi), and Sailor Galaxia possesses a Sailor Crystal called "Saffer Crystal" span>Seikinseki kurisutaru / saffā kurisutaru?, "Saffer Crystal", whose name comes from the Old English word for "sapphire"), which is described as one of the most powerful that exists. Sailor Galaxia describes herself as the "Golden Queen" of an Empire called "Shadow Galactica".
History
Sailor Galaxia's story, like that of other characters, also underwent considerable changes in its transfer from the original manga or comic to the animated series.
According to the manga version, Galaxia was born alone on a small planet that she called "garbage". Living there made her very unhappy, until one day her Sailor Senshi powers awakened in her. Upon discovering her identity as a powerful warrior and guardian, she decided to go find another planet or world that was worthy of her, which she could call home. It was for this reason that when she learned of the existence of the Galactic Cauldron, a sacred place where all the star seeds in the galaxy were born, she decided that she wanted to become the guardian and owner of that place. However, to do so she had to defeat Chaos, a very powerful evil entity that had already taken over. To defeat Chaos he needed the Sailor Crystals of all the Sailor Senshi warriors in the galaxy, especially the most powerful of all, the Silver Crystal of Sailor Moon. This is why he formed the Empire of Shadow Galactica and began to travel throughout the galaxy. universe in search of the sailor crystals of all the Sailor Senshi, until it was the turn of those who were on planet Earth.
On the other hand, according to the anime version, Sailor Galaxia was the warrior in charge of protecting the entire galaxy. She then began to fight the evil entity called Chaos, but Chaos began to invade her body, taking control over her. Realizing what was happening, she decided to release the star seed from her and let her roam the universe until she found a safe place and a person who could take care of her. That star seed would later become ChibiChibi. Once Galaxia falls under the complete control of Chaos, she turns evil and decides to steal the star seeds of the other Sailor Senshi to become queen of the galaxy.
For this reason, in both versions she sends her servants the Sailor Animamates, an army of sailor senshi controlled by her with special bracelets, in order to steal the star seeds or Sailor Crystals from the Sailor Senshi warriors of the Solar System (which live on planet Earth). After a long fight against Galaxia and her followers, the star seeds or Sailor Crystals of the sailor senshi residing on planet Earth, Mamoru Chiba and Princess Kakyū, are stolen. In other versions, those of the Sailors Starlights, Luna, Artemis, Diana and the guardians of Sailor Mars, Phobos and Deimos are stolen as well; although these only in the manga version.
In the end of the manga or comic, Sailor Galaxia dies after accepting the fact that she never wanted power but love, and when the glass of the bracelet she was wearing breaks, she dies with a smile on her lips, knowing that she finally met the love personified in the mercy shown by her own enemy, Sailor Moon. However, in the animated version, Sailor Moon's power penetrates Chaos' shell, freeing Sailor Galaxia from its control, and thus allowing her to once again occupy her beneficial role as protector of the universe.
Powers
- Galactica Superstring: They are energy rings that surround Sailor Galaxy when it attacks your opponent. Used in sleeves and musicals.
- Galactica Inflation: rays to attack your opponent.
- Galactica Magnum: a single powerful beam for attack. Just in the musical.
- Golden bracelets: the bracelets give power to a senshi sailor to live without possessing star seed. Obviously, in exchange for belonging to the band of Sailor Galaxia and fighting for it. They also possess the users of these artifacts, power that is native to Sailor Galaxy. The only senshi sailor who manage to avoid the control these bracelets provide them, are Sailor Uranus and Sailor Neptune.
- Fuuin no Ken - The "Sella Sword" only appears in the anime and is the one used by Sailor Galaxy before releasing its star seed, there is also a twin sword of this same, formed from the soul of Sailor Chibi Chibi and is used by Usagi, towards the end of the series in episode 200.
Design

As Sailor Galaxia, she wears a golden sailor fuku, a variation of the one worn by the sailor senshi:
- Touch: Uses a type of "corona" on your head with strips that hang on your sides with small red stones, in shapes of diamonds on your tips.
- Necklace and belt: in the form of interwoven laurel leaves, forming a braid.
- Sailor fuku: From above, your shoulders are covered by shoulders made up of gold-plated diamond-shaped pieces, which is also repeated on your short skirt and at the top of your boots. The central part of your body consists of plates that form the figure of your breasts and waist.
- Brazaletes: has two golden bracelets, one on each wrist, with an important stone embedded in the center of each. It uses them as weapons to steal the stellar seeds and thus possess the sailor crystal of each senshi.
In its dark version at the end of the series, the suit is exactly the same but in black, without the armbands and with the addition of a pair of bat-like wings on its back.
Like Sailor Galaxia (good), her hair is long and wavy, almost touching the ground, and blonde in color, tinged with red as it gets closer to the ends. She has no armor and wears a simple (when she transforms she uses her golden transformation) long light yellow dress.
