The Rosario-Victoria Bridge, officially called Our Lady of Rosario Bridge is part of the access road network of the city of Rosario, Argentina. Its route continues with the RN 174 of 60 km that connects the cities of Rosario, in the province of Santa Fe, and Victoria, in the province of Entre Ríos, of the Argentine Republic, crossing over the Paraná River.
The idea of making this work was born at the beginning of the 20th century. This project was initiated by Ángel Piaggio, member of the Popular Commission, and at that time had signs of completion but could not be realized. Only in 1997 was the completion of this work firmly undertaken. Problems with funds for the work delayed its completion. The inauguration finally took place on May 22, 2003.
The length of the main cable-stayed bridge is 608 meters. The official name of the main bridge is: "Our Lady of the Rosary". Said main bridge is continued in a southwest-northeast direction by another twelve smaller bridges spanning the Paraná River, the group is called "Rosario-Victoria Road Connection".
The western section of the work (next to the city of Rosario) and which includes the main bridge and its two access viaducts, corresponds to a two-lane highway in each direction of travel. The rest of the work (from the completion of the east viaduct to the access to the city of Victoria) corresponds to a road with only one lane in each direction.

Social impacts
Location of the bridge in Argentina.
Despite the environmental change produced by the installation of the bridge, as well as the change in the natural environment, potential risk of species disappearance and speculation on land value, the project improves:
The transport system, national, local, regional.
Communication between roserinos, saintfessians, and victoriens, midwifes.
Recruitment of skilled and unqualified workers during the construction period.
Local gains for the purchase of local goods, accessories and equipment and increased tax revenue for the provincial and municipal Fisco.
Economic development and social modification for the existing regional and local population of Rosario and Victoria.
Economic land use.
The bridge complex is physically integrated into five areas: Rosario, Granadero Baigorria, Islas, Victoria, and precaristas (localized permanent occupants).
The bridge does not have space for a future rail connection.
"Isla de Invernada AND#34;, Isla Libertad, and#34;Isla Deseada"
There are four social structures on the islands of Winter, Freedom, and Desire. Each structure has about 10 people (precarists).
Remanso Valerio is the local community of residents who live near the bridge base. This fisherman population was strongly affected by the construction of the bridge as it changed the ecosystem by damaging fishing, the basis of its economy. Argentine composer Jorge Fandermole honored the village through his famous piece "Oración del Remanso". It should be noted that the fishermen's villa in Remanso Valerio has existed in that place at least 100 years before the construction of the bridge.
