Network & Anarchist Skin Heads also known by its acronym: RASH, which is also an English term that can mean "rash", 34;reckless" or "impulsive", is a movement of groups of skinheads with left-wing political and social ideas. It is generally associated with the militancy of far-left anti-fascist groups, which has led to violent confrontations against the political factions of the skin movement with fascist ideology.
In Spain, there is evidence of the presence of RASH sections in cities such as Madrid or León.

- The RASH organization brings together the anarchist, socialist, communist, and anti-fascist skinheads in general, overcoming the political divergences that may exist, to fight the common enemy: "Neo-Nazi skins."
- RASH recognizes the spirit of 69, and also includes rudeboys, rudegirls.
- Maintain autonomy in the face of any party or organization; even though fraternal relations with political parties of socialist and anti-fascist ideology are sympathized and maintained.
- Self-management as a method of financing own events.
- Cooperation with all proletarian and anti-fascist organizations.
- RASH supports
- The struggle for any means for the destruction of the skinhead culture: the media of the bourgeoisie, alien education, fascist organizations...
- Boycott for the sale of fascist propaganda and its public acts.
- Real solidarity and defense of the victims of the Nazi aggressions: immigrants, proletarians, anti-fascist militants, homosexuals, lesbians, blacks and Indians...
- Organization and fight against the enemies of the proletarian class.
- Organization and resistance against police violence.
- Organization of self-managed social centers in okupas areas.
- Independent cultural activities: fanzines, concerts, books, theater, cinema, painting, radios...
- Trade unionization of proletarians and workers in general.
