The radio network is a wireless network that uses radio frequency as a means of transmission for the various stations in the network.

It is a type of network used in different companies dedicated to supporting networks in difficult situations for the establishment of wiring, as is the case of old buildings not designed for the location of the various component equipment of a computer network.

The wireless devices that allow the constitution of these networks use various protocols such as Wi-Fi: the IEEE 802.11 standard. Which is to wireless networks what Ethernet is to wired LANs. In addition to the IEEE 802.11 protocol, there are other standards such as HomeRF, Bluetooth and ZigBee.
