Pre-cutting is done by inserting a toothed blade into the base of the die. Its primary function is to facilitate the tearing of the packaging to uncover it, open openings or fold it for destruction. We can find it, for example, in the display boxes that are opened at the point of sale to leave the product in view of the consumer.
