Phlomis herba-venti, popularly water winds or fly grass, is a species belonging to the family Lamiaceae. Native to the Mediterranean region and central Asia.

Features

It is a perennial herbaceous plant up to 70 cm tall, with lanceolate or ovate leaves, coriaceous, cordate with a 4-8 cm petiole and a 7-20 x 5-10 cm blade, green. The flowers are purple.
