Phan Văn Khải (Cu Chi, French Cochinchina, December 25, 1933 – Ho Chi Minh City, March 17, 2018), was a Vietnamese politician and Prime Minister of Vietnam.

Prime Minister of Vietnam since September 24, 1997. He was re-elected in August 2002 until June 2006.

On March 17, 2018, he died at his home in Ho Chi Minh City.
