Pelúgano (Peḷḷuno in Asturian and officially) is a parish in the Asturian council of Aller, in Spain, and a place in said parish.

The parish borders to the north and east with the municipality of Laviana, to the west with the parishes of Vega and Bello, and to the south with those of Cuérigo and Santibáñez de la Fuente.

In the 16.6 km² surface of the parish there are a total of 212 people (2011) distributed among the hamlets of Bolgueras (Les Bolgueres, officially, in Asturian), Cuevas (Cueves), Entrepeñas (Entepenes), Pando la Tabla (El Pendu la Tabla) and the place of Pelúgano (Peḷḷuno), although currently only Entrepeñas and Pelúgano are permanently inhabited.

The place of Pelúgano is between 570 and 640 meters above sea level and is home to 215 people. It is located about 4.20 kilometers from Cabañaquinta, the capital of the council. It is divided into the Cima neighborhood, where the parish church from the end of the XVII century, Sta. María la Real, is located. rebuilt in 1843 according to a plaque placed on its exterior, and the Barrio Baxo, in which there is a chapel dedicated to San Pedro and an example of a mansion from the 17th and 18th centuries, the "house of Posada-Solís or by Mrs. Urraca". Other place names of Pelúgano that the neighbors know are La Llosa, El Empruno or La Teyera. Pelúgano is well known by mountaineering and climbing fans, as it is located at the base of Peña Mea and has a very popular climbing school.
