Papualthia is a genus of phanerogamous plants with 22 species belonging to the Annonaceae family. They are native to the Philippines and New Guinea.

Taxonomy

The genus was described by Friedrich Ludwig Emil Diels and published in Botanische Jahrbücher für Systematik, Pflanzengeschichte und Pflanzengeographie 49: 138. 1912. The type species is: Papualthia pilosa
