Historical data
At the beginning of the XX century, on the banks of the Otún River, the so-called &# 34;birds of Otún" or "Quimbaya artifacts" belonging to the Quimbaya Culture, they were gold objects with the appearance of birds. Years later, more of these gold ornaments were found in zoomorphic forms but in other areas of Colombia; They still remain a true mystery for scientists, not only the quality of the gold, but also the similarity that these artifacts have with modern airplanes, airplanes, and war fighters; Some experts have deduced that these objects came to this territory from the Tolima Culture due to trade between cultures or as a battle prize when there were clashes between neighboring cultures; unfortunately many of these ooparts (objects out of time - English version) have left the country illegally; since a very greedy black market moves, being more and more desired by collectors from all over the world.
