Oral sex
oral sex, sometimes referred to as oral intercourse, is sexual activity that involves the stimulation of one person's genitals by another using the mouth (including lips, mouth, tongue, or teeth) and throat. Cunnilingus is oral sex performed on the vulva or vagina, while fellatio is oral sex performed on the penis. Anilingus, another form of oral sex, is oral stimulation of the anus. Oral stimulation of other parts of the body, such as kissing or licking, is not considered oral sex.
Oral sex can be performed as foreplay to incite sexual arousal before other sexual activities (such as vaginal or anal intercourse), or as an erotic act and physical intimacy in its own right. Like most Of the forms of sexual activity, oral sex can pose a risk of contracting sexually transmitted diseases (STDs). However, the risk of transmission for oral sex, especially HIV transmission, is significantly lower than for vaginal or anal sex.
Oral sex is often considered taboo, but most countries do not have laws against it. Commonly, people do not consider oral sex to affect either partner's virginity, although opinions vary. People may also have negative feelings or sexual inhibitions about giving or receiving sex orally, or they may flatly refuse to perform this practice.
Variations of oral sex
There are various practices and variants that are included under the name of oral sex, which are listed below:
Cunnilingus
The cunnilingus (from the Latin cunnus: 'wedge', 'vulva'; and lingus: 'tongue') is a form of oral sex that consists of licking and sucking the female genital organs (the lips of the vulva, the entrance of the vagina and in particular the clitoris) with the tongue and lips.
Flatjob
Fellatio (from Latin fellatio) is a form of oral sex that involves sucking or licking the penis and scrotum with the mouth, tongue, and lips.. A possible end of fellatio is swallowing the semen from ejaculation, although it is not recommended due to sexually transmitted infections.
Flat in coitus
It is the possibility of joining a threesome where a third person attends the sexual act as an assistant, practicing oral sex during the intercourse of the other two people.
Irruption
irrumation (from the Latin irrumatio) is a variant of fellatio (oral sex on the penis and scrotum).
There is a subtle difference between penetration and fellatio: in fellatio the person who sucks or sucks moves (while the person who receives fellatio remains passive); in the case of irrumation, the man whose penis is to be sucked performs all the movements, positioned above or next to the person who —usually lying down or on his knees and in a passive attitude— receives the penis in his mouth. In Ancient Rome, breaking in was considered a type of vexation, as evidenced in pornographic and obscene graffiti and frescoes found in the XVIII on the walls of the ruins of Pompeii and in the Priapeos.
Humming
The humming (which comes from the English onomatopoeic noun humming pronounced jaming) is a guttural sound or a song generated with the throat to produce tickling and pleasure in the sensitive genital area of the partner (man or woman) while performing oral sex of any kind.[citation needed]
69
The 69 (sixty-nine) is a variant of oral sex in which two people are lying parallel, but in the opposite direction (the head of one faces the feet of the other), so that each can orally and manually stimulate the genital organs of the other person. The name alludes to the graphic characteristic of the Arabic characters, in which the number 6 is equivalent to an inverted 9.
Double fellatio
A double fellatio is practiced when two people perform oral sex on a man by stimulating both the penis and the testicles at the same time. This form of oral sex can be complemented with a 69. Importantly, the testicles are also considered an important male erogenous zone, contracting during stimulation and linking with the penis during semen ejaculation.
Preservation of virginity
Oral sex can be practiced to preserve virginity, especially between heterosexual couples; this is sometimes called technical virginity (which can include anal sex, mutual masturbation, and other acts of non-penetrative sex, but excludes penile-vaginal sex). The concept of & #34;technical virginity" or sexual abstinence through oral sex is popular among adolescents.
Gay men who view oral sex as a way to maintain their virginity see penile-anal penetration as a way to lose their virginity, while other gay men may define oral sex as their primary form of sexual activity. In contrast, lesbian couples often view oral sex or fingering/stimulation as a result of virginity loss, although definitions of virginity loss also vary among lesbians.
Cultural Viewpoints
Cultural views of oral sex range from aversion to highly regarded. Oral sex, and especially fellatio, has been considered taboo, or at least discouraged, in many cultures and parts of the world. The laws of some jurisdictions consider oral sex penetrative sex for the purposes of sexual offenses with respect to the act, but most countries do not have laws prohibiting the practice itself, in contrast to anal sex or extramarital sex.
In Ancient Rome, fellatio was considered deeply taboo. Sexual acts were generally viewed through the prism of submission and control. This is evident in the two Latin words for the act: irrumare (to penetrate orally), and fellare (to be orally penetrated). Under this system, it was considered abhorrent for a male to perform fellatio, since that meant he was penetrated (controlled), while receiving fellatio from a woman or another man of lesser social status (such as a slave or debtor) was not. humiliating. The Romans considered oral sex much more shameful than, for example, anal sex: those who engaged in it were presumed to have bad breath and were often not welcome as guests at the table.
In contrast to historical views on fellatio, cunnilingus is revered as a spiritually satisfying practice in Chinese Taoism, which is regarded as having the ability to increase longevity. In modern Western culture, oral sex is widely practiced among adolescents and adults.
People who reject this practice give various reasons for their aversion to oral sex. Some claim that since it does not result in reproduction, it is therefore unnatural. Others consider it less intimate because it is not an expensive practice face to face, or they believe that it is a humiliating or impure practice; that it is humiliating or impure are opinions that are, at least in some cases, related to the symbolism that is given to the different parts of the body. Based on these views, people also believe that oral sex "is one of the most intimate behaviors a couple can engage in because it requires complete trust and vulnerability".
Although lesbian sexual practices are commonly believed to involve cunnilingus for all women who have sex with women (WSW), some have an aversion to cunnilingus due to dislike of the experience or psychological or social factors, such as finding it impure. Other WSWs believe that it is a necessity or largely defines lesbian sexual activity. Lesbian couples are more likely to view a woman's aversion to cunnilingus as a problem than heterosexual couples, and it is It is common for them to seek therapy to overcome their inhibition with respect to it.
