Oppo Rancisis

In the Star Wars universe, Oppo Rancisis was a Jedi master of the Thisspiasian race originating from the planet Thisspias who served on the Jedi council during the conflict of the Battle of Naboo and during the Clone Wars. He physically stood out for having a snake-shaped humanoid body with a thick beard and hair that covered his face.

Rancisis was a Padawan apprentice to Master Yaddle (they eventually spent time together, sitting on the Jedi Council). He served on the Jedi High Council for over two decades and remained on Coruscant during the Battle of Geonosis, to guard the Jedi Temple.

He served as a general in various battles throughout the Clone Wars, until he came face to face with the traitorous Jedi Sora Bulq. When he finished the fight, the defeat was resounding, the Galactic Republic lost a general, and the Confederacy of Independent Systems scored yet another victory over the Jedi Order.
