Contenido Nynecher was the third pharaoh of the Second Dynasty of Egypt; he reigned c. 2823-2788 B.C. C..
Manetho calls him Binotris (Sixth African Julius) or Biophis (Eusebius of Caesarea) and attributes a 37-year reign to him.
La Piedra de Palermo mentions the celebration of numerous religious festivities, the census and a cattle census (every two years).
The policy of displacement towards the north of the country, initiated by his predecessors, continues as a way of consolidating the unification undertaken by the first Pharaoh Menes.
Manetho comments that during this reign it was legislated that women could exercise royal power.
