Murder in February

Murder in February is a Spanish film directed by Eterio Ortega Santillana.

Plot

The film starts with the assassination by ETA of Fernando Buesa, a PSE-EE parliamentarian, and his young bodyguard Jorge Díez Elorza, from Ertza, when they were on their way to work. The authors want the public to remember this fact and reflect on the problems of Basque society.

Documentary film by Eterio Ortega, a filmmaker who alternates sculpture with making documentaries. Produced by Elías Querejeta, this film was very well received at the Cannes Critics' Week.
