Mozilla Sunbird or Sunbird is an application based on the Mozilla calendar module (or extension) and that easily fulfills its calendar functions, to-do list and calendar with alarms.

It has a simple design interface, with various display possibilities, and a whole series of functions that allow you to manage the daily agenda, both in the work and personal aspect: task scheduling, appointments, anniversaries and other important events, tool of alarms, etc.

One of the possibilities it offers is to manage a shared calendar for a group of people. In this way, the creation of collaborative calendars for work groups is possible.

The application uses standard files of the.ics type, which are hosted on a server. The web server that will serve the calendars must be configured in WEB-DAV mode, in this way it will be possible to save the changes made by the clients.
