Military panty

The military panty or neck panty is a warm garment, consisting of a fine fabric (sometimes with a continuation of a thicker material such as wool) but warm that is used to cover the neck, being, unlike the scarf, which is open, a closed garment, with a shape similar to the end of a trouser leg. Today it is beginning to be used outside the military context.
