Michael Pilgrim (b. 1947) was a prominent Saint Lucian politician who served as the island's interim prime minister after the resignation of Winston Cenac.

He took office on January 17, 1982 in the midst of a serious crisis resulting from the blockade of Allan Louisy's budget plan and the inability of former Prime Minister Winston Francis Cenac to regain stability after eight months in office.
