Medion

Medion is a manufacturer of computers, IT equipment and televisions based in Essen, Germany. Founded in 1989, Medion AG is listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. It also manufactures and distributes other brands of household appliances such as Tevion, which is marketed in Spain, France and Africa.

As of June 1, 2011, Lenovo Group (LNVGY) announced that it had plans to acquire Medion AG. Since August 2011 he owns the majority stake in Medion.

He has produced computers for Aldi department stores and also for Disney.
