María Marta Sánchez López (Madrid, May 8, 1966) is a Spanish singer and songwriter. In 1986 she was part of the group Olé Olé, achieving great success inside and outside Spain. She debuted as a soloist in 1993 with the album Mujer.
Career
1969-1985: Childhood and beginnings
Marta Sánchez was born on May 8, 1966 in Madrid, the daughter of the Asturian singer Antonio Sánchez Camporro and the Galician María Paz López Pestonit.[citation required] From As a child, she was surrounded by artists and her godfather was the tenor and singing teacher Alfredo Kraus.
