Margueritte Laugier (1896 - 1976), née Lhomme, was an astronomer at the Nice Observatory, although she also made numerous observations from the Uccle Observatory, from which she discovered 21 asteroids.

Astronomical articles of the time sometimes cite her as Madame Laugier.

Asteroids discovered

Between 1932 and 1955 he discovered 21 asteroids. The Minor Planet Center credits his discoveries as M. Laugier.

He also discovered from Nice and independently the asteroid (1564) Srbija discovered on October 15, 1949, which was reported on the same day but earlier by M. B. Protitch, to whom it is attributed.
