Mamuka I Dadiani or Manushar I Dadiani was mthavari of Mingrelia (in the present-day former Soviet republic of Georgia) from 1590 to 1611, son of Levan I Dadiani, he succeeded his brother Mamia IV Dadiani on the throne.

He married in 1591 Nestan-Darejan daughter of King Alexandre II of Kakhètia, and later Kaikhushru II Djakeli's daughter, Atabek of [Samtskhé].

He died from a hunting accident in Zugdidi in 1611 and was succeeded by his son Leo II Dadiani. His brother, Iesse Dadiani, was blind (but a son of his, Levan III Dadiani, was later mthavari). Of the other two brothers, Mamuka and Liparit, the latter will also be mthavari (Liparit III Dadiani). Among the daughters, Princess Mariami married Simó Gurieli of Gúria, King Rustam of Kartli, and King Vakhtang V of Kartli; and Princess Anna married Shah Safi I of Persia.
