Lorena Raquel Bernal Pascual (San Miguel de Tucumán, Argentina; May 12, 1981), better known as Lorena Bernal, is a model, actress and Spanish television presenter born in Argentina who won the “Miss Spain” beauty pageant in 1999.

Biography

To Argentine parents, he was born in the city of San Miguel de Tucumán, in the northwest of Argentina. When he was one year old, he moved with his parents to San Sebastián (Spain). He studied in Saint Jean de Luz, France. In 1999, at the age of 17, she won the “Miss Spain” female beauty pageant, held in Jaén, appearing in Guipúzcoa. She did not compete in the "Miss Universe" pageant because she was a minor and the Spanish organization decided to send her to "Miss World" where she was among the 10th semifinalist.

She is currently married to the former Spanish footballer Mikel Arteta, whom she married on July 17, 2010. With him she has three children, Gabriel, born on June 8, 2009, and Daniel, born on June 27, 2012. and Oliver, born June 2, 2015.
