Kinto Cloud
The Kinto Cloud (筋斗雲, Kinto'un ?), called Nube Mágica in the Spanish dubbing (except in the first episodes, where it is called Nube Kinton, a name that was used in the Spanish translation of the manga) and Flying Cloud in the Latin American dubbing, is a magical item from the manga and anime series Dragon Ball. It is a simple yellow cloud that serves as a means of transportation for those who can use it, it has the requirement that it can only be used by a person with a pure heart and a clean mind, whoever does not meet the requirement will pass through it as if it were a normal cloud, the only way is for it to travel clinging to a person who can use it. This cloud can be called from any open space, and it can take its traveler anywhere, unless the traveler is higher than Karin's Tower. The cloud was destroyed twice in the manga (chaps. 136 p. 5 and ch. 55 p. 14) and at one point it is commented that it is "immortal" and that it is enough to call her again (ch. 67 p. 10-11) and at another time she no longer appears after calling her (c. 138 p. 3-4).
History
The cloud first appears when Kame Sen'nin gave it to Son Goku for saving Umigame. The old man said that the cloud had been a gift from Kamisama himself, although in reality it was Karin who was He gave.
During the 21st Tenkaichi Budōkai, the cloud saved Goku from falling out of the ring after being thrown by the monster Giran. Although the tournament judges did not consider it a foul, since it was not specified in the rules, they decided that it was only fair that he could not use it again.
In Dragon Ball Z, it was used by Son Goku's sons: Son Gohan and Son Goten. In the ending of the Kanzenban edition of Dragon Ball, Goku gives the Cloud Kinto to Oob and in Dragon Ball GT she is only seen in the final scene of the last episode.
Her most recent appearance was in Dragon Ball Super chapter 75 when Goku calls her due to being forbidden to fly on his own during his training.
Black Kinto Cloud
In the anime, when Tao Pai Pai climbs Karin's tower, Karin, to get revenge, gives him a black Kinto Cloud, the opposite of the other one. Only truly evil people can climb. But it was actually controlled by Karin and when Tao Pai Pai was leaving he dropped it on the ground.
In the video game Dragon Ball Advance Adventure, Krillin uses the Black Kinto Cloud to fly in the game.
