Kingdom of silver

The joined silver is a technique for working with this metal that was developed in the time of the Viceroyalty of Peru, as a substitute for embossing, chiseling and rejecting.

This technique is achieved by working separately the parts or details of the future piece to later incorporate them by means of welding or hot hammering.

The silver bond is currently still being worked in Peru
