Jackie Rainbow, September 1954 playmate. Calendar model Jackie Rainbow first appeared anonymously. Unlike her predecessors, Jackie was not part of the Baughmgarth Calendar Company: Hugh Hefner bought the photo, which was taken by Carlyle Blackwell for the Publix Pictorial Service. Not even Tom Benjamin, a fan dedicated to finding information on the playmates of each month since the beginning of Playboy, has not found another appearance of Jackie Rainbow in another magazine.
