International Informatics Olympiad
The International Computer Science Olympiad is one of the International Science Olympiads, which aims to enhance the learning of computer science in secondary and high school students (middle and high school level). The problems in this competition are algorithm-oriented. It does not require much knowledge regarding the use of the API, but it does require skill in problem solving and algorithm design. The contest is attended by 4 selected people from each of the more than 80 countries that participate. The 4 selected are chosen from among thousands of students who participate in the regional and national Olympics in their countries.
