The Escuela Superior Politécnica del TecnoCampus, formerly the Mataró Polytechnic University School, belonged to the Mataró city council until 2009, when it was transferred to the Fundació Tecnocampus. It is attached to the UPF. It was created in 1982 as the University School of Industrial Technical Engineering and has around 900 students studying there. The current director is Professor Ester Bernadó.

Until the 2013-2014 academic year, it was attached to the Polytechnic University of Catalonia (UPC).

From the 2010-11 academic year, the EUPMT moved to the TecnoCampus university and scientific campus. Until that date it was located at Avda. Puig i Cadafalch 101-111, in Mataró.
