Here Today, Tomorrow, Next Week! was released by The Sugarcubes in October 1989 and was the second album of four.

The name of the album was inspired by Mr. Toed from Kenneth Grahame's famous children's book The Wind In The Willows.

The Icelandic version of this album is called Illur Arfur! and contains the same track listing (in Icelandic) and with a little variation of music on some tracks.
