The so-called Haas curve is a graph used in acoustics to, among other things, maintain stereo in venues. The Haas curve indicates the intensity (expressed in dB) necessary to achieve equivalence in terms of time delay (Haas effect) in milliseconds between two signals.

Both the Haas curve and the Haas effect owe their name to the German doctor Helmut Haas.
