Gyro Gearloose

Gyro Gearloose (Ungenio Tarconi in Spain and Giro Sintornillos or Ciro Peraloca in Latin America), is a fictional character created by the Walt Disney Company. In the beginning, he appeared in comics as a friend of Donald Duck, Scrooge McDuck and other characters.

Work

Gyro is Duckburg's most famous inventor. Even if his inventions don't work as expected, he is always in a good mood. Gyro is usually assisted by his little helper, Little Helper, who is a robot with the head of an electric light bulb. Little Helper does not have the ability to speak, but he understands his owner through signs.

Relationships

Some of Gyro's relatives include his father Fulton Gearloose, his grandfather Ratchet Gearloose, and his nephew Newton Gearloose. In some stories his main rival is Emilio Águila, although he also antagonizes the Beagle Boys and Magica De Spell.
