Trompado to Edmundo and flying kick from Romário

As an anecdote, we remember the episode in which, during the 1995 Super Cup, he knocked down the Flamengo player Edmundo at the Maracaná with a punch. The attack unleashed a pitched fight involving players and coaching staff from both teams, in which Romário was even seen throwing a flying kick at Zandoná. The referee had no choice but to end the match.
As a result of this fact and for their achievements in the Liniers club, a group of fans who call themselves 'The 100 neighborhoods', made a mural near the José Amalfitani Stadium and a flag in tribute to Zandoná and the trompada.
