Flag of Sao Tome and Principe

The national flag of São Tomé and Príncipe was adopted on November 5, 1975. Its colors, the same as those of Pan-Africanism, and the 2 black African stars symbolize its unity with other African countries, but the stars also represent the islands that make up the country.
