SEAT 133 Spanish.

The Fiat 133 is an A-segment automobile that was produced by the Italian manufacturer Fiat starting in 1974. The 133 was manufactured in Barcelona (Spain) between 1974 and 1981.

The Fiat 600 and the Fiat 850 had already stopped being manufactured in their country of origin, Italy, but Spain continued to have a certain demand for this type of vehicle in its market; However, the need to replace it with a new, more modern and current model, which complemented the versatile Seat 127 from below, was evident. That is why they decided to simultaneously replace the Seat 600 and the Seat 850 with the new 133, which, although externally it adopted the design trends of the time with more angular lines, which in some ways were reminiscent of the Fiat 126, fully preserved the entire structure and mechanics of the Seat 850 on which it was based.

Fiat Concord in Argentina also decided to adopt this solution, and in 1977 decided to assemble the 133 for that local market, based on bodies made by Seat in its factory in Barcelona, in two versions, basic and Luxury, with slight differences. on the outside, such as the black bumpers, and a plastic application of the same color on the front of the 'L' version. It had two side doors, which incorporated windows with wind deflectors, and fixed windows at the rear. Its cabin was very sober and without any additional luxury. Despite being a simple, noble and economical car, the Fiat 133 was not exactly a commercial success in Argentina and, despite the brand's attempts to increase sales by launching more powerful versions such as the 133 IAVA and the 133 TOP, Its production ended in 1982.

133 T IAVA

This Fiat 133 was produced in Argentina and then IAVA (Argentine Advanced Vehicle Industry) made this version (T IAVA) of the 133 from 1979 to 1980

It had modifications to its aesthetics, such as a front spoiler, and a deflector on the engine cover that improves engine cooling. Additional headlights were also added, an exhaust with two outlets, and the body was painted in a sporty style, with a central two-color that surrounded the entire vehicle, it only existed in 4 combinations, Black-Gray, Dark-Light Blue, Red-Maroon, Light-dark green. The interior's upholstery and dashboard were redesigned, where it takes on a more sporty aesthetic, incorporating, among other elements, a tachometer.

Another version called 133 IAVA Top would also appear later, this one, unlike it, had a different front mask, new bumpers and Top logos on the sides.
