Estonia in the Olympic Games is represented by the Estonian Olympic Committee, a member of the International Olympic Committee since 1991. Estonian athletes have competed under different flags: before 1936 under the flag of Estonia, from 1952 to 1988 under the flag of the Soviet Union and from 1992 again as Estonia.

has participated in 13 editions of the Summer Olympic Games, its first presence took place in Antwerp 1920. The country has obtained a total of 36 medals in the summer editions: 10 gold, 9 silver and 17 bronze.

In the Winter Olympic Games he has participated in 11 editions, being Sank-Moritz 1928 his first appearance in these games. The country has achieved a total of 8 medals in the winter editions: 4 gold, 2 silver and 2 bronze.
